The below procedure details how to recalibrate the touch surface of the Navigator.
In some cases, this may be necessary in the event that the cursor begins to act sporadically or appears to be too responsive or unresponsive. This can occur due to drastic changes in humidity, temperature, and other environmental factors.
Please read all steps below before proceeding.
Step 1
First you will need to put the Navigator into programming mode.
Press and hold, at the same time, the touchpad button and the button until all buttons blink twice. This indicates that the device is in programming mode.
The Navigator will continue to blink once every second, a total of 7 times, to indicate that it is waiting for instructions.
After the 7th time, if no command is received or an incorrect command is received, the power button will flash Red and the remote will return to its previous state.
Step 2
Press the Play/Pause button once and immediately place the Navigator down on a flat surface away from your hands or any metal object.
All buttons will rapidly flash to indicate the calibration process has started
Wait about 3 seconds until you see all buttons rapidly flash again, and then the Power button will flash 3 times as well. This indicates that the calibration process is complete

USB Receiver and Navigator Bind Procedure
In the event that your Navigator has become disconnected from the USB Receiver, you will need to follow the following steps to rebind or reconnect them.
The easiest way to determine whether or not your USB Receiver and Navigator have become disconnected is to look at the light on the USB Receiver after plugged in. If the light is flashing RED, then the USB Receiver has entered a mode where it is looking for a new Navigator to connect with. If so, please follow the steps below.
Demo video at the bottom of the page.
Step 1
Be sure the Navigator has been fully charged and the power is on by pressing the Power button. The Power button is indicated below.
Step 2
Plug the USB Receiver into an available USB port on the host PC, Mac, or PS3
If the light on the USB Receiver is not already flashing Red, press and hold down, for approximately 10 seconds, the small button located on the top of the USB Receiver.
The light on the USB Receiver will turn Green, at this point you can release the button
You should now see a Red light begin to Flash Note: This light will continue to flash for about 40 seconds, at which point it will shut off. The binding or connecting process must occur before it shuts off. If it does not, you will need to unplug and plug the USB receiver in again.
Step 3
While the Red light is still flashing, hold the Navigator near the USB Receiver.
Press the button once.
Immediately or soon after pressing thebutton, the USB Receiver light should stop blinking Red and flash once Green.
Note: Sometimes, depending on the timing, the Green light may flash too quickly to notice. Either way, the Red light should stop blinking.
Please wait at least 3 seconds before touching the touchpad or pressing any buttons.
In some cases, the cursor and/or buttons may fail to respond immediately after binding. If this occurs, please repeat Step 3 b. and c. above, while leaving the USB receiver plugged into the PC. Do not press the button on the USB receiver again.
Final
If the USB Receiver successfully made a connection with the Navigator, then each time you touch the touchpad or press a button, the Green light on the USB Receiver should light up.
